Have you tried doing a low-carb diet? If you have, you will totally sympathize with this post. I am currently cutting carbs in an attempt to lose a few pounds before the cruise. All I can think about is garlic bread and fettucine alfredo! I was writing an Easter post that included the tentative menu for this year and couldn’t think straight with all the recipes for things I’m currently avoiding.
On the plus side, I’ve lost 10 pounds in about a week and a half. The BF is low-carbing it too, so it is a little easier than if I was doing this on my own. We do allow ourselves a day out of the week to have pancakes or pasta or potatoes.
If the posts are few and far between, it’s because I’m focused on avoiding carbs so I can feel good in a bathing suit again!
I only like food without color, like potatoes, bread, and pasta.
