Happy Sunday!

Hello readers! We’ve made it to another end of the week. I hope you all are well.

My boyfriend had elbow surgery on Thursday, so I have been “driving Miss Daisy” since then. His checkup is in two weeks, so I’ll be playing chauffer until then. He is allowed to drive, but I want him to focus on healing so I’ll be driving him until I think he should.

The job search is ongoing. It will be ongoing until I find something. I guess you and I will see where I land with that one.

One of my boyfriend’s good friends bought a property out of state. There is a major festival that happens every year in the town where his property is and I’m really considering making some “crafts” to sell during it. I’ve mocked up a couple festival posters, but I feel like I don’t have enough time to make them perfect and then get them printed. I’m not sure if anyone has done posters in the past, so I’d kind of like to hold off on that one until I attend and see what people are selling. I don’t want to print up 200 posters without knowing they will sell. The other items I had in mind don’t have an expiration date on them like a poster would. The other things are still in the works, so I might do it, I might not.

I can tell you one thing for sure, it is hot here. It’s days like these I wish I was still in Michigan. Hopefully when we both retire we can winter in Texas and summer in Michigan. That is my goal. There is NOTHING better than summer in Michigan.
